Nanga Music in Acholi is a kind of Acholi Music which is performed by only mature Acholi men from the age of 45 to 60 and above
Nanga music is kind of music that is used to mentor Acholi people in various aspects of life but more than 75% of it was attributed to painful songs that could even cause suicide amongst those that play it. Although Nanga music has some nice meanings like this one which doesn't incite pain.
Nanga is not allowed (endorsed) by Acholi elders for the younger generation because they haven't reached that of persevering pain and suffering.
