Wang Oo was not only used by Acholi people for warmth but also for other crucial moments like mentorship, delegation of the next day's task in the Acholi home/family. Wang Oo majorly focused on the male members of the family, this was a moment fathers and elders could pass on teachings to their children especially boys or young men on various life aspects while females focused in the kitchen with their mothers and also never stayed long at the Wang Oo compared to males.
During this Wang Oo Experience, there are other interesting things that happen like; Storytelling, Myths and Legends, Musical Experience, Snacks Experience, among others. The Journey from Gulu City to Murchison's Falls National Park takes about 3 Hours by Road depending on speed taken, stopovers, road conditions and car mechanical condition.
After reaching Murchison's Falls National Park, you will check-in at the hotel, refresh, have lunch by 1:00pm then relax a bit then we proceed to Top of Falls visit, Nature Walks, Hiking to view Uhuru Falls and Murchison's Falls.
